I am experiencing active debugger issues.
A debugger is a computer program that is used to test and debug other programs. Are you using any programs which can step through execution of other programs, or pause any program completely to see what it is doing?
If the answer is yes you must close that program. If the answer is no please follow these steps:
1. Right click on the Internet Explorer icon and select Properties.
2. Click on the 'Advanced' tab at the top and you will see a long list of options. Several entries down you will see 2 options to disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) and Debugging (other).
3. Make sure there is a tick in both boxes and click apply and them OK.
4. This should disable script debugging as requested.
It is also possible that the issue comes from an incompatibility between the game and some new Intel processors, mostly found in laptops.
