Weekly Drawing
Entering
any contest on BigGameDownloads.com is acknowledging and agreeing to the
following terms and conditions:
Dates: The drawing will be conducted every friday of each calendar month. The contest can be terminated at any
time.
How to Enter: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. All subscribers of the Game Alert Newsletter are
automatically entered into our weekly drawing. Any purchase does
not increase odds of winning.
Winner Selection: All subscribers will be pooled
together and the winner will be drawn at random. The chosen winner MUST
reply to the e-mail announcement within seven days to be officially
declared the winner for that week. In the event BigGameDownloads.com does
not receive a reply from the contestant
within seven days, another subscriber will be chosen.
Privacy Policy: We cannot display the whole email
address of the winner, because that would violate our privacy policy.
The email address will be displayed as, for example, name@xxxxxx.com.
Prize(s): One Full Version game of the winner's choice
will be provided per week. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable
for cash, and not exchangeable for any other prize.
Decisions and Conduct: All decisions are final. Rules
may be altered at any time. Winning persons are not eligible to win
again for a six month period. Any intent by the entrant to misrepresent
themselves through the use of aliases and e-mail addresses will be
disqualified. This Contest is void wherever prohibited by federal,
state, provincial, municipal or local law. BigGameDownloads.com is not
responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry
information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions,
lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment,
software, inability to access any Web site or online service, any other
error or malfunction, or illegible or misdirected entries.
